These terms govern your use of the CK99 platform, including account registration, PKR deposits and withdrawals, bonus eligibility, game rules and responsible gaming obligations. Please read them carefully before creating an account.

CK99 is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Registering if you are under 18 is a direct violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
Each player may hold only one active CK99 account. Duplicate accounts are not permitted under any circumstances. If multiple accounts are detected, CK99 reserves the right to close all associated accounts.
All deposits and withdrawals on CK99 are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency conversion is applied. Supported methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and bank transfers.
All bonuses and promotional credits issued by CK99 are subject to wagering requirements before they or associated winnings can be withdrawn. Specific requirements are stated in each offer's individual terms.

Attempting to exploit technical errors, using automated software to play, engaging in collusion or any form of fraud will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances held.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and CK99 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). Each individual may only hold one active account on CK99. CK99 uses automated and manual processes to detect duplicate accounts, and where duplicates are found, all associated accounts will be closed and any balances forfeited.
When you register, you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, contact number and payment details. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials — username, password and any associated two-factor authentication — secure and confidential. CK99 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where that access was the result of you sharing your credentials or failing to maintain their security.
If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify CK99 support immediately via the contact details provided on the platform.
CK99 processes all deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. No foreign currency is accepted and no conversion fees are applied by the platform. Deposits can be made via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, IBFT bank transfer, debit card and credit card, and other mobile wallets as listed on the Deposit page.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply to each payment method and are displayed on the Deposit page. These limits may change from time to time. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically credited to your CK99 balance within minutes. Bank transfers may take up to a few hours depending on your bank's processing schedule.
Deposits made into your CK99 account must come from payment methods registered in your own name. Depositing on behalf of another player or using a payment method that does not belong to you is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
CK99 does not charge a deposit fee. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which CK99 accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified account in your name. CK99 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods that do not belong to the account holder.
Before your first withdrawal can be processed, your account must be verified. Verification requires proof of identity (CNIC or equivalent) and may require proof of the payment method used. Players who complete verification at registration avoid delays at the withdrawal stage.
Withdrawal processing times vary depending on your VIP tier. Standard accounts can expect withdrawals to be processed within 24–72 hours. VIP Silver and Gold members benefit from faster processing times. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per period are outlined on the Withdrawal page and may vary by payment method.
CK99 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for larger amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected. This is a standard fraud-prevention measure and is not intended to cause unnecessary delays for legitimate players.
CK99 offers bonuses and promotional credits to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. Wagering requirements for each offer are stated clearly in the individual promotion terms at the time the offer is made.
Bonuses are credited to your CK99 account automatically or upon request depending on the promotion. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses must be used within the validity period specified. Expired bonuses are removed from the account without replacement.
All games available on the CK99 platform — including slot games, live casino titles and bingo — operate on certified random number generation (RNG) systems or live dealer mechanisms from third-party providers. CK99 does not alter game outcomes and the house edge for any game is fixed by the game provider and disclosed within each game's paytable or information section.
It is the player's responsibility to understand the rules of any game before placing a wager. CK99 provides game information within the game interface. Bets placed are final once confirmed. CK99 does not reverse or cancel bets after they have been accepted by the game system, except in the event of a verified technical error on the platform's part.
In the event of a disconnection or technical error during a game round, CK99 will attempt to resolve the round based on the game system's recorded state at the time of interruption. Where this is not possible, the relevant wager may be voided and the stake returned to your balance. CK99's decision in such matters is final.
The CK99 VIP programme has three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold — based on cumulative PKR wagered across all eligible games. Tier progression is automatic and is calculated on a rolling basis. The specific PKR wagering thresholds for each tier are displayed on the VIP page.
Benefits associated with each VIP tier — including higher withdrawal limits, faster processing and exclusive promotional access — are applied automatically upon reaching the relevant tier. CK99 reserves the right to adjust VIP tier benefits, thresholds and structure at any time. Players will be notified of material changes to the VIP programme.
VIP status can be reviewed or adjusted downward if account activity falls below the threshold required to maintain a given tier, as per the criteria outlined on the VIP page.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on CK99 and will result in immediate account suspension and possible forfeiture of balance:
CK99 is designed for entertainment. The platform provides tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion options. These tools are available from within your account settings and can be adjusted at any time.
If you feel that your gaming has moved beyond entertainment — if you are spending more than you can afford, chasing losses, or finding it difficult to stop — we encourage you to use the self-exclusion feature or to set a deposit limit that reflects your genuine entertainment budget. Gaming should never be used as a way to address financial difficulties.

CK99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of Terms, any verified balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Where closure is the result of a breach, CK99 reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation.
Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting CK99 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed promptly, and any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method.
CK99 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While the platform endeavours to maintain consistent availability and performance, temporary outages, maintenance periods and technical issues may occur. CK99 is not liable for any losses — financial or otherwise — that result from platform downtime, game interruptions or delays in payment processing beyond the platform's direct control.
The CK99 platform is provided for entertainment. Gaming involves financial risk, and players accept that risk voluntarily when they deposit and place wagers. CK99 does not guarantee any specific gaming outcome, and the platform is not responsible for losses incurred through normal gameplay.
CK99 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes to withdrawal rules, bonus terms or account eligibility criteria — CK99 will make reasonable efforts to notify players via on-platform messaging or email. Continued use of the CK99 platform after an update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any updated provision, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure.

Your name, date of birth and contact information must be truthful. CK99 uses this data to verify identity before processing withdrawals.
Do not share your password or allow anyone else to access your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your login.
Respond promptly to identity verification requests to avoid disruption to your deposit and withdrawal access.
All deposits must come from payment accounts registered in your name. Third-party deposits are prohibited without exception.
Multiple accounts per person are detected and will result in closure of all associated accounts.
Any automated method of interacting with games or the platform is strictly prohibited and immediately actionable.
